RETURNS / GENERAL INFO

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item to Nobile. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to Nobile in time. Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. To book a free returns pick up: 

1. Print the return form and place it within the box with the items to be refunded
2. Send the return form to us (scanning, photo etc.) on email: client.service@nobilesports.com
3. You get confirmation from us in 24h.
4. You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For you own protection, we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods such as UPS, DHL or FedEx.
5. If you have received the wrong item or if the item is faulty, you may return it to us following the standard procedure for all returns. You will be asked the reason for your return. If the Nobilekiteboarding company upon receiving and verifying the goods, accepts that the item was faulty or it was the wrong item, then we will exchange or refund you the full value of the items and cover costs of shipping it to you.


RETURNS POLICY

Returned items must conform to our returns policy: 
1. Your returned item must arrive to the Nobile no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that Nobile Website will accept the order for refund. We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives to Nobile within 14 days. Should you have any queries, please contact the customer service client.service@nobilesports.com.
2. Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties. We strongly advise that you do not do this and instead use our free returns service.
3. Once your return has been received by Nobile Website and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
4. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags, stickers and before disposing of any original packaging.
5. Items must be returned undamaged and unused with their original tags.
6. Accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
7. If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
8. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
9. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our free service.

REFUNDS

Once we will receive your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not accept exchange of not well-matched products purchased on www.nobilekiteboarding.com.

EU DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS (DSR)

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSR), provided we receive written notice from you within fourteen calendar days of receipt of your order. If you choose to exercise this right, you must inform our customer services team in writing that you wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs. Please contact client.service@nobilesports.com our customer service team within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Our customer service team will advise you of the next steps, however, you will be required to send the package back to us at your own cost. The full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your cancelled order. If we do not receive the cancelled order,  we will arrange a collection from you at your cost. Please note that if you cancel your order using the DSR, you will be responsible for the full costs and arrangements of the return delivery of the item. This may include any additional import duties and taxes that are incurred as a result of your return. As these charges are your responsibility, you may wish to contact your chosen postal service provider to find out what are the estimated costs.
